At MARMAR HALIM FASHION DESIGN L, we strive for perfection in every silhouette; however, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our dedicated concierge team or log into your account portal to submit a return request, ensuring you specify your order number and the reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn garment in its original luxury packaging with all designer tags, security seals, and protective coverings fully intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange for our premium courier service to collect the parcel from your preferred address at a time that suits your schedule.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our atelier team verifies the condition of the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
